Ivydene Cottage is next to the Eco Park and was purchased by Surrey County Council as part of the original planning process for the development. Remember to recycle plastic bottles from your bathroom

The view as you enter the site now gives a good indication of how the Eco Park will look when construction has finished.
The first structure you see is the administration building, which is now completely glazed and cladded. Inside the building, work continues on finishing the offices and rooms including partition walls, doors, lifts, staircases and handrails, electricals and air-conditioning. Once complete, this area will be used as offices for the employees on site.
